Repositioning strategies will include implementing an appropriate capex program, and supporting incumbent or new operator to optimise revenues and implement efficient staffing structure, together with a strong focus on ownership expenses. Investment tenure will be at the discretion of the equity investors.

Value add investment with a focus on repositioning, refurbishment, change of operator and overall repositioning of an existing underperforming asset, targeting net levered returns post fees and taxes at 15% to 20%.
